Nova Earn Silver at Atlantic Championships

NOVAS EARN SILVER

The Novas capped off a hard-fought weekend with a Silver Medal finish, falling in the championship game to The Hitmen.

While the result didn’t go their way in the final, the story of this tournament runs much deeper than a single game.

Facing a depleted lineup throughout the weekend, the group was tested early — and often. Players were asked to step into unfamiliar roles, take on bigger minutes, and elevate their game in critical moments. They answered that challenge head-on.

From top to bottom, the roster competed with purpose and pride, representing their province and region with consistency, work ethic, and professionalism.

Every line contributed. Every player bought in.

What stood out most wasn’t just the results — it was the way the team carried itself. The commitment to doing things the right way, supporting one another, and staying composed in adversity reflected exactly what the Nova program is built on.

That standard — the “Nova” philosophy — was evident all weekend:

  • Compete level
  • Accountability
  • Team-first mindset
  • Resilience under pressure

The championship game was no different. The Novas pushed, battled, and stayed engaged to the final whistle, ultimately earning a well-deserved Silver Medal.

This group leaves the tournament with more than hardware — they leave with growth, experience, and a standard that will carry forward.

A performance to be proud of.
